In this three-bedroom Elizabeth Bay apartment, refurbished by Emerath, blackbutt joinery brings storage, doors, ceilings and concealed lighting into a continuous interior. Scanning and careful construction sequencing helped align the joinery, stonework and precisely set out bathroom finishes. Ironbark flooring and natural oils complete the material palette.

Emerath’s refurbishment of this three-level family home in Mosman centres on carefully crafted interiors. Stone, polished plaster, curved and fluted joinery and metal trims shape the principal rooms and stair. Behind the finished surfaces, damp and subfloor repairs addressed the existing building, with details resolved around uneven surfaces and levels.
