Based in Albury and available for projects in Sydney, Emerath brings 34 years of building experience across Sydney and Melbourne. We work closely with architects, designers and clients on homes, renovations and commercial spaces—from workplaces and showrooms to hospitality fitouts.

We work with great people who have lots of good ideas and want to be deeply involved in building their dream home. Our job is to get the best out of the architect and tradespeople working onsite.

With 34 years’ experience in residential building projects, we’ve built some great homes in Sydney and Melbourne.

Commercial

We believe that a great building is one that is considered, uses the best materials and sustainable solutions, and of course, is built with integrity.

We’ve been lucky enough to work on great commercial spaces including bars, restaurants, kitchen fit outs, retail and office buildings that have both inspired and surprised us.

Building practitioner registration

Emerath Pty Ltd is a Registered Building Practitioner — Body Corporate. Director Jay Ivanoff holds Registered Building Practitioner — Class General.

These registrations support our work under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners scheme. Jay’s General classification covers regulated work in Class 2 apartment buildings, Class 3 accommodation and Class 9c residential aged-care buildings, without the height restrictions of low-rise or medium-rise registration.
